WhatsApp Business

We offer you the option to contact us via the WhatsApp Business App. When you click on the corresponding WhatsApp link on our website, a connection to WhatsApp’s servers is established. Only from this moment on will data be transmitted to WhatsApp.

We use the WhatsApp Business App provided by:

Processing of data (customer and contract data)

IP Geolocation (IPinfo)

We use an IP-based geolocation service (IPinfo) to determine the country code of visitors for content localisation purposes.

In this case, your IP address is processed temporarily in order to derive a country code (e.g. DE, ES, PL). The IP address itself is not stored by us permanently.

IPinfo may process data on servers located in the United States. Any data transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

Only a country code is stored locally on your device to provide region-specific content.

4. Social media

Shariff social media buttons

Our website uses the plug-ins of the following social networks. To integrate these plug-ins, we use the Shariff plug-in.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our website.

Shariff is an open source program developed by c’t and heise. By integrating this plug-in, linked graphics prevent the following social network plug-ins from automatically establishing a connection to the respective social networks server when you visit website(s) on which the plug-ins are integrated. Only if you click on one of these linked graphics will you be forwarded to the service of the respective social network. Only then will information about your use of our site be recorded by the respective social network. This information may include your IP address, the date and time you visited our site, as well as the pages you viewed.

If you are logged in to one of the social network services while visiting one of our plugged-in websites, the information collected by the plug-in from your specific visit will be recognized by the provider of that social network and assigned to your personal user account there and/or publish information about your interaction with our site there. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse the use of our website. The information generated about your use of this website may include technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and user behaviour.

Matomo

This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo. 6. Plugins and tools

Google Tag Manager

This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This service allows website tags to be managed via an interface. The Google Tag Manager itself does not set any cookies but only tags and does not collect any personal data. The service triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data. However, Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a deactivation has been made at domain or cookie level, this remains in place for all tracking tags that are implemented with Google Tag Manager.

YouTube

We use YouTube on our website. YouTube is a video platform operated by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, hereinafter referred to as “YouTube”.

YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “Google”.

We use YouTube in its “enhanced privacy mode” (No-Cookie mode) to display videos. The videos are not loaded automatically when you visit our website. CleanTalk to avoid spam

This site uses the CleanTalk plugin from CleanTalk Inc., 711 S Carson street, suite 4, Carson city, NV, 89701 USA.

With the help of this plugin contact requests from real people are distinguished from spam requests. To do this, all data entered is sent to a server in the USA, where it is analyzed and stored for seven days for comparison purposes. If a message has been classified as spam, the data is stored beyond this time.
